Ashley Favata is a coach with Williamsville Stampede Field Hockey and serves as the u19 Black Coach. She is also a Special Education Teacher at Mill Middle School and a coach at Williamsville South High School.

Ashley played field hockey at Williamsville North High School from 2007–2011 as a midfield player before continuing her career at SUNY Geneseo from 2011–2015, also as a midfielder. During college, she traveled with her team to Barcelona and Buenos Aires to play and compete internationally.

In her coaching career, Ashley has coached at Williamsville South High School for nine years as a JV coach.
